Synopsis:

The Government intends to make a sole source award to Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, TX 75071, See numbered note 22. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced contract for these items. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the current source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements is not available and cannot be provided. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). All interested sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation date: O/A 23 September 2008, Closing date: O/A 29 September 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from www.fbo.gov.
