The Carr Creek site is on the right (north) bank of the Pend Oreille River immediately upstream from the confluence of Carr C reek at approximate RM 111.5 about five miles (eight kilometers) west of Sandpoint, Idaho. The site extends northwest from the Spokane International Railroad Bridge to a culvert that is now the creek outlet beneath the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks.
Materials can be delivered by using solo truck, and/or truck and transfer. Supplier must be able to deliver a minimum of 600 tons of any or each material per day.
