The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools. Supervision, transportation, and any other items necessary to move and install new carpet and remove existing carpet in Bldgs 1454 and 79, F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming (bedrooms, halls, living rooms, offices, common areas, and stairs/landings (total of 96 stairs in the two buildings),. Floor plan diagrams are posted with the solicitation. There is a total of approximately 1,686 sq yds. The carpet to be installed is on site and the quote is for installation only. There are several different patterns of Durkan Patterned Carpeting that go in different areas as indicated on the attached floor diagrams. At least one of the patterns has attached borders and must be configured to match walls/dimensions of the common areas per drawing. The Contractor is responsible to verify all quantities and measurements. Contractor shall dispose of existing carpet at an off-base location. Base boards must be removed to install carpet and replaced after installation.
