Synopsis:

The Government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: CTI- CRYOGENICS, CHELMSFORD, MA. The items being procured are: Cryopump-I/I CT8 Iso Wsens Enh Pt (Quantity: 1 each); Installation Kit-Flexible Helium Conduit, (Quantity: 1 each); Cable Refr Ct to Compr 10 ft, (Quantity: 1 each); Kit, Install Tool, -8 Aeroquip, (Quantity: 1 each); Flexln 1/2ID, Flexible Helium Conduit, ½ inches Female Straight to 1/2 inches Female Elbow, Quick Disconnect Coupling, Length 120 inches, Stainless Steel (Quantity: 2 each); and I/I 8200 Helium Compr WC 1-Phase-8200 Compressor, Low Voltage, Water Cooled, Single Phase, 208/230V 60Hz, 200V 50Hz (Quantity: 1 each).

This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
