Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20071226. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336399, size standard 750 employees. The contractor shall provide the following 10 line items: CLIN0001) 1 each Major spreader bar (20ft-6in. in length, wgt 3,200 lbs, max working load is 75 tones with a 5:1 safety factor), CLIN0002) 2 each Minor spreader bar (8ft-6in. in length, wgt 1,500 lbs, max working load 26 tons with a 5:1 safety factor), CLIN0003) 4 each 30ft sling w/eye loops on both ends, dome CLIN0004) 4 each 20ft sling w/ eye loops on both ends, dome CLIN0005) 8 each Eye hook w/latch 11 ton working load CLIN0006) 4 each skookum snatch block w/12in. diameter shieve for 1in. diameter wire rope 15-17 ton working range CLIN0007) 4 each 1-1/2in. bolt type anchore shackle w/ 30 ton working load CLIN0008) 8 each 1-1/2in. pin shackle w/ 17 ton work load CLIN0009) 1 each Bolt type anchor shackle working load 75-85 ton used to attach main hook of the crane to the main spreader bar Reference Crosby #G-2140 or equal CLIN0010) Applicable inland freight and ocean transport to Guam 96543.
