The Town of Groton invites bids for a COMPACT IN-CAR VIDEO CAMERA in accordance with specifications available in the office of the Purchasing Agent. Bids will be received until 2:30 PM on April 17, 2008 in the office of the Purchasing Agent, 45 Fort Hill Rd., Groton, CT 06340 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Groton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any minor deviations from our bid requirements if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
