The first phase of the project will consist of the Regional Transportation Management Center (Intelligent Transportation System Control Center) and street improvements. This project will be located adjacent to the Prime Osborne Conventional Center, within the city block surrounded by I-95, Forsyth, Johnson and Bay Streets. Interested Construction Management @ Risk Companies shall submit a Qualifications Experience Questionnaire and Contractor € s Financial Statement. The Request for Qualifications Experience Questionnaire and Contractor € s Financial Statement is attached to this advertisement. Other phases may be added at a later date. Some of the phases may be a public plaza, the Bus Rapid Transit Station, a public parking structure and the offices for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and the First Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization. If a phase is added, it will be by written modification once funds are available and authorized. A PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND will be required at the time of construction of any phase of the project.
