Description: The Alaska State Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF); intends to solicit proposals from general construction contractors to serve as "Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)" for the DHSS McLaughlin Youth Center Expansion Project in Anchorage Alaska. The CM/GC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any pre-construction related services during design. The Engineer's Estimate Range shown below is only for the first phase of the project. Subject to funding and award of subsequent phases, could potentially bring the total project estimate to $50,000,000. Proposal will be due not later than 4:00 PM prevailing time.
