This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. This requirement is for the acquisition of Cisco branded services for Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI and will consist of Cisco SMARTnet coverage of specified Cisco software and hardware to include the Internet work Operating System (IOS) software upgrades/updates, firmware upgrades/updates, (24/7). This support shall include technical support, advance parts replacement by the next business day, and on-site parts replacement if necessary.
ALL OFFERORS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING: VENDOR SHALL CERTIFY THAT IT IS A CISCO AUTHORIZED PARTNER AND OFFERS CISCO SMARTNET SERVICES
Specifics of each line item and further details will be released upon issue of RFQ N66604-08-Q-3590, which is anticipated to be on or about 05/30/2008. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code is 423430, size standard is 100 employees.
