In an effort to substantially improve customer service and citizens' access to information and services, the City and County of San Francisco's (the City) Department of Telecommunications and Information Services (DTIS), is in the process of enhancing City's SFGov website. The SFGov Renewal initiative is supported by implementing a Web Content Management (WCM) Solution that aims to improve the design, usability and accessibility of the SFGov web site.
