This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q0434 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26.

(iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 336413 and small business size standard of 1000 employees.

(v) CLIN 1: 1 each sling assembly, p/n: 3402242-1. Item consisting of two or more legs or loops, suspended from a beam, hoisting. The legs are fabricated of chain, rope, webbing, rod , or the like, and may include attachments or built-in loops at the lower ends.
CLIN 2: 1 each hoist assembly pylon, p/n: 389219-1.
CLIN 3: 1 each aileron dolly, p/n: 64H45540. Non-powered vehicle with one or more wheels, casters or rollers attached directly to the bottom, a frame, an axle, a deck or platform. Used on C-130 aircraft aileron.
CLIN 4: 1 each flap dolly, p/n: 65H47205. Non-powered vehicle with 5 casters attached directly to the bottom frame. Use to transport an aircraft wing.
Quotation shall include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.

(vi) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ, within 45 days ARO.

(vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.

(viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery time.

(ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
