Description
The purpose of this amendment 02 is to clarify paragraph 3, SERVICES REQUIRED, and to respond to questions received to date. The submittal date and time for this announcement remains unchanged as of amendment 01 and reads: 15 January 2008, not later than 1500 hrs.
For clarification (not to change the requirement), the A-E services required for, but may not be limited to, the following types of projects in paragraph SERVICES REQUIRED are listed as follows:
A. Environmental-related studies , such as:
1) Sanitary landfill studies;
2) Geological and hydrogeological studies, and;
3) Soil and groundwater contamination studies.
B. Design of Environmental compliance projects, such as,
1) Sanitation of landfills, and
2) Contam inated site clean up.
C. Sanitary landfill rehabilitation projects, including supervision.
D. Erosion control.
E. Sampling, analysis and inventory of hazardous substances in buildings.
F. Demolition design, including destructive testing and analysis.
G. Supervision of excavation and disposal management.
H. Pollution prevention planning.
I. Asbestos surveys and abatement design (sampling and analysis for lung pentrating fibers in building insulation materials, including removal design).
J. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) ESRI geodatabase deliverables.
K. Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
L. Design of repair or rehabilitation, maintenance, or new construction projects.
M. E ngineering and feasibility studies.
N. Site investigations and surveys.
O. Structural investigations.
P. Construction supervision and inspection.
Q. Threatenend and endangered species (TES) surveys and studies.
R. Bentley MicroStation and Microsoft Office compatible deliverables.
THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ARE RECEIVED TO DATE:
Q1. Section H Criteria D Past Performance: Submittals must include five (5) projects relevant to work described in this announcement within the past 5 years.
Is this a separate requirement to that of providing 10 relevent project descriptions for SF 330 Section F Project Descriptions? If these 5 projects are in addition to the 10 relevent project descriptions for SF 330, Section F Project Descriptions, how shall they be presented - as a table or in a paragraph description and with what information to be supplied?
A1. Please refer to SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on the SF330. The submission for Past Performance shall include five (5) projects relevant to work described in this announcement within the past five (5) years. Section F is used to submit example projects which best illustrate the proposed team's qualifications for this requirement.
Q2.Is it true that there are on ly 6 Selection Criteria A- F?
A2. YES.
Q3. Where and how do you want the information containing of Format Compatibility ie. Bentley Microstation and Microsoft Office compatable deliverables to be incuded in the qualification package?
