Description
C - Architect/Engineering Services Sources Sought Notice Laura Silguero, Contracting Officer - 414-902-5417 This is a request for Standard Form 330, not a request for proposal. Provide Professional Architectural Engineering Design services to Renovate Rooms C133, Bldg. #200 for a new Digital Fluoroscope at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. The design shall include architectural, site, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ACM abatement design. Work to include but is not limited to, ceiling (structural & finishes), flooring, lighting, HVAC and electrical work. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to 100 miles of the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation by close of business January 4, 2008. Mail information to: Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Attn: Laura Silguero, 5000 West National Avenue, Building 5, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53295-0005. Selection criteria will be based on: (1) specialized experience and technical competence of the firm (including a joint venture or association) with the type of design required, (2) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project, (3) Maintaining project schedules and project budgets; (4) Knowledge in design and construction requirements; and (5) Cost control effectiveness. No bid packages are available. This is not a Request For Proposal (RFP). NAIC #541310 applies. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
