Remove shingles from clerestories; install vapor barrier, insulation, underlayment and install new slate roofing system. As required, replace missing aluminum siding of clerestories of Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6, and add applied mullion to secure siding against wind. Replace fascia covering where missing. On the main roof slopes, remove slates, asphalt shingles and EPDM. Replace with new slate, TCSII, and PVC membrane, all over new insulation. On skylights, remove existing FRPP and replace with aluminum framed, polycarbonate, insulated glazing. Cap skylights with TCSII standing seam or PVC where noted on Building 8. Remove all gutters from clerestories. Furnish new eave gutters at Building 7, Building 4 and Building 5.
