Synopsis:

This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The solicitation release date will be on or about 10 July 2008. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to deliver propane in bulk to various locations at The United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY 10996. Delivery locations on USMA include locations adjacent to Highland Falls and Central Valley. The Contractor shall provide all storage tanks, cylinders and other materials, supplies and equipment necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract unless otherwise noted. The Contractor owned tanks shall be installed by the first day of the contract period and shall be connected to the system on that date. When Contractors equipment is replacing equipment already in use, the exchange of equipment shall be accomplished without interruption of the gas supply to the using activity. The Contractor shall respond to the site of a propane run-out within two (2) hours of being notified by the COR. Period of Performance shall be base plus one (1) option year.
