Description: The University of Massachusetts (UMass, the University) seeks proposals from full-service broadcast media production companies to produce commercial TV/Cable and Radio broadcast media for its major and various marketing campaigns. The bidder must have the ability to provide cost estimates for entire ad projects and disburse all fees and payments for the project. The ideal bidder will be responsible for entire projects and media production and provide such media to University broadcast placement contractors or as instructed by the University. The University prefers a firm with facilities and staff in Massachusetts and/or in other New England states. Bidders must have demonstrated experience and excellence in providing high quality/high impact ads for the past five years. The contract period will be for three years beginning July 1, 2008 with an option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year periods. The bid award will be based on the firm's experience and the extent to which their firm can provide the desired high-quality ad and scope of services at the best value/cost to the University. The University may negotiate with the candidate for bid award (but prior to the final award) in order to establish firm or fixed fee agreements which will prevail during the contract period. Proposals must be submitted by email only to bidbox@umassp.edu no later than Thursday, 2:00 pm June, 26, 2008.
