Contractors may obtain plans and specifications from the Consultant, Hultz/BHU/Cross Consulting Engineers, Inc., 2407 N 31st Street, Suite 200, Tacoma, WA 98407, telephone (253) 383-3257, fax (253) 383-3283 upon the deposit of $75.00. Plans must be returned in good condition within seven (7) days following bid date to obtain a refund of deposit. After seven days no refunds will be made. Plans may also be viewed through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc., at http://www.bxwa.com.
