This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 08EASRT080092 and it is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. CLIN 01-Quantity one (1) Each, Blackberry Enterprise Solution TX4 Support #SRV-00015-017; CLIN 02-Quantity twelve (12) Each, Blackberry Enterprise Solution TX4 Support #SRV-00015-018; CLIN 03-Quantity seven thousand fifty (7050) Each, Blackberry Enterprise Solution TX3 License #SRV-00015-040. This acquisition is for a renewal of existing services. All services are to be delivered for a period of one year to 200 Independence Ave., SW, Washington DC 20201. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 is not applicable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopisis/solicitation to the responsible lowest priced offeror.
