Project Description: This project consists of the construction of an approximately 22,500sf addition and remodel of approx. 6,600sf to the existing police precinct building at 2800 N Stapleton Rd. The building is a concrete block structure with steel joist and metal deck roof structure, built-up roofing, metal canopies and aluminum storefront system. The project includes the construction of the building, tenant improvements, existing building remodel, site improvements, mechanical and electrical systems and other work to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting Wednesday April 9th at 2pm at nearby City of Vancouver Operations Center, 4711 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. Attendance is highly encouraged. Submittals for substitution requests are due by 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2008.
