Project Description: The work is divided into two distinct projects. Bid packets are presented as Contract A Schedule € Potable Water Pump Station and Transmission Main; and, Contract B Schedule € Stormwater Surface Infiltration Facility and Transmission Main Landscape Restoration. Bidders may provide bids for either Schedule or both. Note that awarded contractor must self perform 75% of the Work for Contract B Schedule. Contract A Schedule includes construction of a new 3200sf building, 7500gpm potable water pump station, including pumps and valves, together with associated site work which includes site grading, erosion control, new asphalt paving, concrete walkways around new pump station, electrical work, and instrumentation. Also includes the construction of approx. 300ft of new 24-inch suction pipe and approx. 1400ft of 24-inch transmission main (including valves and other various appurtenances), 160ft of 24-inch storm drain piping, appurtenances, a stormwater quality treatment facility and other work to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents. The Owner desires to use S&B; Inc. as the sole source provider of programming and telemetry for this project. The Contractor is required to use S&B; Inc for the programming and telemetry associated with Contract A Schedule. Contract B Schedule includes construction of a new stormwater surface infiltration facility, including site grading, erosion control, swales, check dams, mitigation plantings, and irrigation. Also includes the restoration planting within the Contract € A € Schedule 24-inch transmission main and 24-inch storm drain construction areas except within pavement areas and other work to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting Tuesday, April 22nd at 1:00pm at nearby City of Vancouver Marine Park Engineering Services, 4500 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver WA 98661. Attendance is highly encouraged.
