Qualifications:

| Only pre-qualified contractors may receive Bidding Documents. Forms will be available from the City' roofing consultant, K2N Crest, PC, (630) 990-9595. Requirements for each bidder include, but are not limited to, being an Illinois licensed roofing contractor, being a certified applicator of Koppers Coal Tar Built-Up Roofing, and being able to provide a Koppers 20-year, NDL roof guarantee. Bidders may subcontract work of other trades such as sheet metal, but shall not subcontract the Coal Tar Built-Up Roofing portions of the work.
