Date and Location for Submittal of Sealed Bids: Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Wickenburg Clerk s Office, 155 N. Tegner, Suite A, Wickenburg, Arizona 85390 until 10:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2008, for the above services. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the project, the bid solicitation number and submitter s full name and mailing address. Any bid received after the time specified will be returned unopened. It is the bidder s responsibility to assure bids are received at the above location on or before the specified time. Bids will be opened at 10:01 A.M. AT WICKENBURG TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2008, and publicly read aloud immediately after the time for receiving bids. In the case of extensive price listings, only the bidders names will be read aloud.

Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2008 AT 10:00 A.M. STARTING AT WICKENBURG TOWN HALL, 155 NORTH TEGNER STREET, SUITE A, WICKENBURG, AZ 85390.

Bid Requirement: Each bid will be in accordance with the bid requirements, set forth in the Request for Bid, which may be obtained at the Town Clerk s Office, 155 N. Tegner, Suite A, Wickenburg, AZ 85390. Any bid which does not conform in all material respects to the Request for Bids will be considered non-responsive.

Right to Reject Bids: The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the Award for any reason the Town determines.
