The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide a stream restoration and stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) design services.

To obtain a copy of the full Request for Proposal you may pick it up at the Forsyth County Purchasing Department, 118 Castleberry Road, Suite 13, Cumming, GA 3004, or call 770 887 7272 to have one mailed.

Proposals MUST be submitted in the format prescribed within the RFP. Failure to comply with the directions listed in this RFP, or omission of requested information could result in disqualification of your firm € s proposal. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner:

The proposals will be received at the offices of the Forsyth County Purchasing Department:

Four (4) copies of the Proposal must be received at the Purchasing Department € s office not later than 10:30 a.m. on July 17, 2008. Absolutely no Proposals will be accepted after 10:30 a.m. Faxed or e-mailed Proposals are not acceptable. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. Names of submitting firms will then be read aloud at 2:00 p.m. July 17, 2008. All interested parties and the general public are invited.
