Scope of Contract: Work for this project consists of designing and constructing one 30 x 96 clear span Quonset style greenhouse with inflated double polyethylene film roof and side walls and twin wall polycarbonate sheeted end walls. Other greenhouse equipment/features include an aggregate surfaced floor, roll up side wall ventilation system, exhaust fan and motor operated shutters, propane unit heaters, horizontal air flow fans, personnel and service doors, lighting, outlets, and electrical circuits. Site work includes an aggregate surfaced equipment access, underground electrical service to proposed greenhouse, emergency underground electrical service to proposed greenhouse, propane service, and non-potable water service.
Subject to funds availability and other terms and conditions of the contract, two additional 30 x 96 greenhouses of the same design and with the same features may be constructed under this procurement.
The Government's price range, to include optional greenhouses is: between $250,000 and $500,000
Period of Performance: 120 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed
