Project consists of machine piling of slash generated from the Beegum Corral and Lower Hayfork Heli Timber Sales, on approximately 61 acres of the South Fork Management Unit, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Trinity County, California. Project will also require contractor to cover all piles with contractor-furnished barrier paper to allow burning at a later date. Solicitation will be a Request for Quotation requiring both a technical and a price proposal. Contract time will be 26 calendar days with an estimated start date of August 15, 2008.
