This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. F3QCCL8164A001. This acquisition will be solicited under other than full and open competition. NAICS Code: 333923 with a business size of 500 employees. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Procurement of non-personal services for CLIN 0001 (BASIC YEAR): Non-personal services to include all labor, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and expertise to convert 14 each "EE" rated Boom Lifts to "EX" rating in accordance with the attached Performance Based Statement of Work and Appendix 1. Quantity: 1 LOT
