Synopsis:

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Blog Talk Radio, 1072 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for the contractor to provide a variety of services to include: audio webcasting platform that allows instant interaction between DoD and internal audience. In this venue, an optional chat room and blog posting capabilities are available. The vendor allows its customers to host an unlimited number of segments and unlimited listeners. The vendor records all shows, providing instant retrievable archives that can be tracked. The vendor has the ability to remove corrupted or incomplete files from a host site and replace it. The vendor shall also provide training and producers for each of the shows. See attached SOW for more details.



This announcement constitutes the only notice, a written solicitation will not be issued.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
