Analytical services for stable isotope (C-13/C-12) and C-14 analysis of environmental samples. Services will involve the analysis of water, sediment, etc. for dating purposes. The majority of the samples to be analyzed are aqueous samples collected mostly from ground water monitoring wells and surface-water sites. Some analysis of soil, bed-sediment, plant and various other types of materials are required. This is a requirements contract. The performance period is for a base year and four one-year options for a total of five years. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 27, 2008 at the following website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Telephone requests for the RFP will not be accepted. The Northern America Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 541380 $11.0 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
