Description
The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order to Summerfield Atlantic Research for the continued support management and requirement activities for the on-going dynamic test effort. This effort will entail coordination with various elements of the US and UK Government teams in support of Special Access Programs. Successful completion of the effort will require detailed, specialized knowledge of the events, tests, data collection, analyses and participation in predecessor activities. Significant personal coordination between these various groups is necessary to ensure a cohesive product that accurately reflects the effort of both nations. Specialized knowledge and seasoned system-level technical judgment is necessary to recognize inconsistencies, gaps and requirements for additional focused analysis. The Statement of Work will be available at http://www.msic.dia.mil/contracts/contracts.html. Place of performance will be at MSIC facilities. While the SOW is unclassified, personnel must have a TS/SCI clearance.
