The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from TIBCO Inc. the following software maintenance renewals: (a) CLIN 0001, Software License Agreement, C037527-000, which includes the following: 3 each - TIBCO BusinessWorks (Developer)(E); TIBCO BusinessWorks (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO BusinessWorks (Production)(E); TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (Production)(E); TIBCO General Interface Builder(E); TIBCO General Interface Framework (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO General Interface Framework (Production)(E); TIBCO Hawk (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO Hawk (Production)(E) and 1 each Bronze Maintenance (8x5). (b) CLIN 0002, Product Schedule, C037527-001, which includes the following: 3 each TIBCO BusinessWorks (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (Non-Production)(E); TIBCO Hawk (Non-Production) (E); TIBCO General Interface Framework(Non-Production)(E) and 1 each Bronze Maintenance (8x5). The period of performance for both CLINS will be 12 months.
