This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. The Defense Logistics Coordination Office (DLCO) has a requirement to purchase an Audio Video System/Video Teleconferencing System, which will include all necessary products, materials and installation services. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside for GSA IT Schedule 70 holders only. All interested vendors should email their quote to hq.dlco@us.army.mil not later than 12 September, 2008. You must include your GSA Schedule number, all contact information, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number and best delivery schedule with your quote. Please address any questions or concerns via email.
Requirements:
1 each Tandberg 6000 MXP with Natural Presenter Package. Must be able to provide VTC and multiple desktop Audio/Visual presentation capabilities.

Flooring: Concrete non-raised flooring
Ceiling: Drop ceiling
Display and audio requirements:
Single 50-65 Wall mounted Flat Screen or dual 42 flat screens (Panasonic or similar quality)
Recessed Speakers in ceiling (Tannoy or similar quality)
Tabletop microphones (Shure or similar quality)
There will be no Site Survey prior to award.

The requirement for for interested vendors to quote using their GSA Schedules is hereby removed. This can be a GSA quote or Open Market pricing. As a result of this change, the closing date has been extended to 15 September, 2008.
