NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE PROFESSIONALS
Pursuant to Chapter 103D-304, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the
Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) anticipates the need for
professional services for its projects during fiscal year July 1, 2008 to
June 30, 2009. ADC is seeking
qualified firms to provide services in the following disciplines:

Engineering and Architecture

Engineering

Engineering

Planning
Individuals or firms interested in being considered for
selection must submit the following items to ADC:
1.
A letter of interest indicating the corresponding
number of each category above for which the firm is qualified to provide professional
services. If you wish to be considered
for multiple categories, submit only one letter of interest, specifying all
categories you are interested in;
2.
Engineers-Architects: DPW Form 120 (rev 6/99) or
Federal Standard Form 330.
Other Professionals: DPW
Form 120 as it applies to your professional service.
The DPW Form 120 can be
downloaded from the State Procurement Office website at http://www.hawaii.gov/pwd/profsvcs
3.
Name of firm or individual, principal place of
business, and location of all its offices;
4.
Age of the firm and its average number of employees
over the past years;
5.
Education, training, and qualifications of key members
of the firm; and
6.
Names and phone numbers of up to five clients who may
be contacted, including a minimum of two for whom services were rendered during
the preceding year.
7.
Any relevant information on the firm s a) experience and
expertise; and b) past performance including but not limited to quality of
work, cost control and ability to meet schedules.
Professionals who sent submittals in response to ADC s Professional
Service solicitation during Fiscal Year 2007-2008 may submit a current letter
of interest as described in Item 1 above, along with a hard-copy of updated
information.
Professional registration in the State of Hawaii is required for the provision of
engineering and architectural and/or surveying services. Firms shall have a Hawaii-licensed architect
or engineer on staff when project management and construction management
services are required.
All letters of interest, including submittals, must be
received at Agribusiness Development Corporation, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 205, Honolulu, Hawaii
96813 before 4:00 p.m.
on June 15, 2008.
Submittals via email or facsimile shall not be accepted. Submittals received after the due date will
be considered Late . Late submittals
received before December 15, 2008 will be considered for the remainder of the
fiscal year, from January 1, 2009 to June 30, 2009.
