RFP No. 2008-1320
Annual Contract for Collection Agency Services
The City of East Point, Georgia, is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced and qualified collection agencies who are interested in entering into a contract to provide debt collection services for the City of East Point, Georgia. Please refer to the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for further details and a Proposed Scope of Services.
Prospective Service Providers wishing to participate in this solicitation may download a copy of the official RFP documents by visiting the City s web site at http://www.eastpointcity.org. Official RFP documents cannot be obtained from the web site you are viewing, or in person from the City nor by mail, fax or courier service.
Sealed proposals shall be received on behalf of the City until Close of Business (5:00 P.M.) on Thursday., June 12th, 2008, in the Contracts and Procurement Office, located at 3120 Bayard St, East Point, GA 30344.
This shall be a sealed proposal solicitation. Oral, telephoned, telegraphed, faxed, emailed or otherwise unsealed responses shall be considered invalid and shall not be given award consideration.
