NUWCDIVNPT has a requirement for the development and implementation of a Modified Ampifier, RF, AM-7554(A)/BRC, herein referred to as the T/R Amplifier. The T/R Amplifier is required as part of an upgrade to the Submarine Buoyant Cable Antenna (BCA) System. Anticipated requirements are for a prototype (qty. 1); one option for a production drawing package (1 Job), an option for first article (qty. 1), and two options for a qty. of up to 20 production units. This requirement is unrestricted and unclassified. NAICS code is 334419, size standard is 500 employees. Evaluation Factors: Technical Approach/Management Approach and Past Performance. Vendor must be JCP certified (http://www.dlis.dla.mil/default.asp) to receive specifications. Specifications will be provided and sent under separate cover upon the release of solicitation #N66604-08-R-3027, which is anticipated to be on or about 06/02/2008. Required delivery is 12 mths.
