| Opportunity Summary |
Background: The Oregon State Lottery Commission ("Lottery") is requesting Proposals for
the qualitative research services ("Services") as described in this Request for Proposal
("RFP"). The different categories of Services included are: General information needs,
Research projects for Lottery's Traditional Product group, and Research projects for
Lottery's Video Product group ("Research Category or Research Categories"). Lottery seeks
firm pricing for Services for one year, with an option to renew for additional periods as
defined herein.
The issuance of this RFP, and the award and administration of any Price Agreement resulting
thereof, are governed by the Oregon State Lottery Contracting Rules found in Oregon
Administrative Rules Chapter 177, Division 36.
The purpose of this RFP is to select one primary, and at least one secondary research
entity to conduct qualitative consumer research for each of the following categories of
work: General information needs, research projects for Lottery's traditional product group,
and research projects for Lottery's video product group.
This RFP is intended to provide prospective Proposers with sufficient information to enable
them to prepare and submit Proposals for consideration by the Lottery. The Lottery intends
to execute Price Agreement(s) (defined in Section 1.3) with the highest-ranked Proposer(s)
deemed most qualified and best suited among those submitting Proposals in each Research
Category.
