Combined Synopsis Solicitation Air Port Conveyor System
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 333922 with a size standard of less than 500 employees.

(vi) The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase a conveyor system for the Puerto Rico airport in accordance with attached drawings and specifications. PRICE NEEDS TO INCLUDE FREIGHT. The Government does intend to exercise options at award. The basis of evaluation is inclusive of the option. Optional line items must be awarded one year from contract date. Offerors are encouraged to submit varying prices on the options depending on exercise date (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, 240 days).

Technical offeror must show that they meet the technical specifications in the statement of work.
Past performance offeror must show that they have experience in the manufacturing and installation of custom built conveyor systems within the past two years.
