| Florida Atlantic University requests written proposals from qualified firms to provide pricing for First Company Air Handler units required at the University Housing Village Apartments on the Florida Atlantic University € Boca Raton campus. This ITB exactly specifies 163 First Company 12MBE5 and 8MBE3 Air Handlers. First Company has been specified since their units have been in operation at our Apartments for approximately fifteen years, we have a supply of replacement parts and the compatibility of connections. The ITB will be awarded to only one contractor submitting the bid that offers the best pricing and delivery for items contained in this ITB, and which serves the best interests of Florida Atlantic University, and the State of Florida. Various departments at FAU or other State agencies may elect to use this proposal for their requirements, as needed.
