This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Air Force Artwork and Signs. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for the artwork and signs. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 541430, and the Small Business Size Standard is $7M. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/.
