The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources to furnish and install 0001: A vendor to remove an existing two-ton Lennox air conditioning system and to supply and install a two-ton Energy-Star outdoor air conditioner condenser unit with corrosion protection and supply and install three wall mounted fan units that will feed off the two ton exterior unit. The vendor is also required to remove three window room air conditioners and replace the windows. 0002: A vendor to remove an existing split unit air conditioning system and replace the unit with an Energy-Star split unit super high efficiency 14.0 SEER air conditioning condenser unit with corrosion protection and install the indoor wall mounted unit in the room that the unit currently supplies. The air conditioning systems is to be installed at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Building 279, 3rd Floor, Kaneohe Bay 96863. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-08-T-0202. This procurement is reserved for small businesses. NAICS and the small business size standard for this procurement is 333415 and 750 respectively. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed-price contact. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered.
