The Exeter Job Corps Academy (EJCA) is seeking proposals for the following subcontracts:
Install air conditioning to our Auditorium. We have a 2 pipe system we will need to set up valves and controls to route chilled water through heating coil in AHU1 thereby tempering the air somewhat. At the same time we are requesting that bidders include the installation of a carbon dioxide sensor as well as a drip pan under the heating coil. Valves will have to be reconfigured as to prevent chilled water from going to non insulated pipeing in warehouse area.
We have many condensation leaks though two buildings due to summer winter valves not being installed during a renovation. In accordance with the original prints we need to purchase and install 11 valves and related controls.
Provide and install 4800cfm, 300 MBH output gas fired heater in existing make-up air unit MUA-12 located in our Food Service Department.
A site visit is required a part of the proposal process.
