This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13, solicitation no. F1V2C38127A001 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) on 19 May 2008. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This solicitation is for the following:

• 1) Ingersall Rand R90IU-A100 125HP, TEFC, Main Drive Motor, 460V/3 Phase / 60Hz Star Delta Starter Air -Cooled after cooler and oil cooler rated to 155 deg. F ambient Rated Or Equal. 647 cfm at 100 psig. Compressor/Rotary Screw/Motor assembly, No tank.

The estimated date of delivery will be 30 Days ARO with FOB: Destination for delivery to 2771 Quesada Dr, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price.
