Pursuant to HRS 103D, the State Department of Health Hansen s Disease Branch is accepting sealed offers for Air Cargo Transportation Services to Kalaupapa Settlement, Molokai for the Department of Health. Offers will be accepted up to and publicly opened at 2:00 P.M. (HST), July 15, 2008 in the Hansen s Disease Branch Office, 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Room 102, Honolulu, HI 96816.

Bids received after the time and date fixed for opening will not be considered.
