Synopsis:

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3HKB48223A005 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good until Friday, October 31, 2008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-26. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326122. The business size standard is 500 Employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) the following items:
1. Hydraulic Mini Duct/Micro Fiber Air-Assisted Cable Push/Pull System. Capable of installing 16/12mm, 12/10mm & 10/8mm mini ducts. Capable of installing micri fiber optic cables ranging from 5mm to 10mm typical. Capable of installing conventional fiber cables ranging from 3/8 to 1 ½" in diameter. System needs to include a load sensing systemn to prevent damage to the FO cable, tool kit, insert seal kit, micro cable insert and guide kit and a cover.
2. Accessories/kits needed to install mini duct 16/12mm to 10/8mm and micro fiber optic cables from 5mm to 10mm in diameter.
3. Hydraulic power unit (Skid mounted) with electric and pull start capable of 8 GPM with hydraulic oil tank.
4. Hydraulic Oil Cooler
5. Include 1 day minimum of onsite training
6. 1 Year warranty on all equipment

GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
