Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3 for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2005-18. This procurement action is unrestricted and the solicitiation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) Brand Name or Equal 52.211-6. The NAICS Code is 333111. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Neal Smith National Wildlife, Prairie City, IA require a: 2008 Agriculture Tractor with mechanical front wheel assist, 140HP to include electronic engine control, climate controlled cab, side post exhaust, air ride seat, cold weather package, 16 speed poser shift transmission with reverser, 18.4 X 42 rear tires with cast wheels, matching front tires, 540/100 rpm PTO with reverse, 3 remote hydraulic valves, instructor seat, front weight rack with 6 weights, back-up alarm, and front fenders that includes a 12 month warranty.
