Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, acting through the Agency of Transportation (VTrans), is requesting proposals from Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms for independent auditor services to 1) apply agreed-upon procedures related to contracts and grants awarded and, 2) review or audit designated internal or external processes or procedures as requested.
VTrans intends to select up to three (3) CPA firms to perform these services. The term of the contract(s) will cover a two-year period beginning from the date of execution of a rate schedule contract. The rates submitted will be in force for the entire two-year period.
VTrans may extend one or more of the contracts for an additional two-year period. The maximum limiting amount of each contract will be $300,000.00. Award of a contract does not guarantee payment of the entire maximum limiting amount.
