Bid Description:
A Request for Information and Proposal (RFIP) is being issued by the State of Vermont ACCD Department of Economic Development, Vermont Economic Progress Council to invite vendors to propose how each would provide services to perform municipal infrastructure financing analyses for tax increment financing district development projects. The analyses may be of broad municipal financing plans, including the utilization of incremental property taxes (tax increment financing), to finance the development and/or redevelopment of public infrastructure. Analyses may also include the assessment of specific infrastructure components, such as transportation, water, wastewater, and sewer improvements. (Complete Bid Document Posted Under Bid Attachments)
