| Opportunity Summary |
The Oregon Commission for the Blind, a state agency that provides vocational
rehabilitation and independent living services to Oregonians who are blind and visually
impaired requests proposals from qualified organizations to design and install an agency
sign. The sign will be will have to be placed on cement ground and the design and
material is open to artistic recommendations, however the sign would have to fit into the
outer indentation of the planter in front of the building. Not flushed with the planter
but, be able to fit into the indentation, and almost look like a squared or rectangle
tombstone style. The sign will have to be able to withstand the weather here in the
northwest, as well as be installed safely and securely
