This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-MAD-08-0027 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a small business set-aside; The NAICS is 541360, business size is $4.5 million. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Jornada Experimental Range, Las Cruces, New Mexico for Aerial Imagery services. The Aerial Imagery requirements are included in this synopsis/solicitation as Attachments. Attachment I SOW Aerial Imagery Southern New Mexico; Attachment II Service Wage Rate, Otero County, New Mexico; Attachment III Fort Bliss 2008 Imagery Map; Attachments IV(a-f) are Shape Files for Maps of the area to be photographed.
Price to include delivery to the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Jornada Experimental Range, 2995 Knox Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88003.
Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule as part of their quotation. Acceptance and FOB point are destination. In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide a quotation on company letterhead detailing the unit pricing and references for the proposed item. References must have received the proposed item within the last three calendar years (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references) shall also be provided for the item quoted.

This Amendment is to delete Attachments I through IV(a-f) and attach corrected files in a new package named "Fort Bliss PhotoMosiac Shapefiles. If you have problems downloading these files please email myself Michael Douglas at Michael.Douglas@ars.usda.gov or Mike Duniway at Mike.Duniway@ars.usda.gov.
