NATIONAL SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES IS SEEKING SOURCES WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING AREIAL IMAGERY. REQUEST ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SUBMIT AN EXPERIENCE/CAPABILITY STATEMENT WHICH PROVIDES SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO ENABLE A PRELIMINARY FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION.

STATEMENT OF WORK

Provide Special Technologies Laboratory (STL) AccuPLUS aerial imagery with a 4” GSD (ground sampled distance) Ortho-Mosaic and LiDAR coverage of the defined area of interest (AOI), Bingham, Idaho, Materials Fuels Complex (80 sq km). This work will involve aerial over flight of the facility in a vendor aircraft. Over flight permissions will be coordinated between the vendor and an INL POC provided by STL.

Provide STL a Real3D Platinum Model, built and textured with oblique imagery of specific areas of interest within the Materials Fuels Complex (1 sq km). This deliverable comprises usage of aforementioned aerial image products to produce a digital 3D model of urban features which uses the oblique imagery as building textures.

All deliverables are digital processed data products.
