This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91243-08-T-0034 and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The NAICS code is 334220. Item 1: PN: 12005-1010-01 - Adaptor Unit/PA from RF Communications Division of Harris Corporation. We need the exact item. No equal will be accepted. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name Only applies to this RFQ and this is the system we have and warranty issues. Upon receipt of the award the Contractor has thirty (30) days to provide delivery to: USPFO-NE Supply Center, 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524-1824. This must be destination pricing. Provisions and Clauses applicable to this RFQ are: 52-212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial); 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items-Lowest Cost); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations & Certifications-Commercial); 52.212-4 (Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial); 52.212-5 (Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial).
